Whether you choose to travel or not is immaterial to your success on the Paleo Path. We are all travelers in this life, going from one set of circumstances to the next. How we get where we are going and what we do once we arrive is 100% up to the individual.

That being said, we choose to travel and explore not only other parts of the world, their cultures and ways of life but to also explore and learn about ourselves. Part of the journey of achieving happiness and wellness in your life is to learn about yourself and to look deep inside introspectively and have that conversation with yourself that you've never had. Surely you can do this in your hometown in the comfort of your own living room, but imagine doing it while admiring the statue of David in Florence or while driving through the rain forest in Costa Rica. We are the summation of our life experiences and choices we make. We urge you to choose wisely and venture out of your comfort zone, go somewhere you've never been and do something you've never done.
